First Sunday of the month is here! Let's prepare our hearts and minds during the week of our communion Sunday.
Sunday morning prayer meetings will now be at 11:30 AM to match the time change for service. All are welcome to join us every week!
If you're interested in church membership, we'll be holding membership classes over the next several months. You must attend a class in order to apply for church membership. Each class consists of two sessions on Sundays from 10 AM to 11:30 AM.

Starting this month, our church will be gathering on the last Thursday evening of each month to engage in worship, prayer, testimony and devotion. Join us to pray for our church and to pray for each others' individual prayer requests. Child care will be available for parents as well.

If you would like to request a contribution statement for 2011, please email lwcclafinance@gmail.com. The bookkeeping department will then e-mail you an electronic copy. Please be advised that we only provide contribution reports for donations of $200 or more.
Living Way is in need of volunteers for our Lunch Ministry. You do not need to know how to cook, just have a willing heart to serve our church body. If you are interested or have any questions, please feel free to approach Joe Na or email Esther Um at esther.um@lwccla.org.
Every week after our Sunday service, there is another service from Ttokamsa that comes in immediately and begins at 2:30. Therefore, please move away from the foyer in front of the sanctuary so that the members of the following service can enter easily. Please also clean up after yourself and take all trash with you. Thanks for your cooperation!
The prayer topics for Pioneers-Ghana have been updated. Please read them in the "Prayer Requests" section of this newsletter and pray for our brothers and sisters in Ghana!
Living Way has been partnering with Pioneers-Ghana to share the gospel with Ghanaians for about seven years, donating funds and sending mission teams to the country. This year, we began sending $100 monthly donations to them and have committed to support them for at least a year. In conjunction with these donations, we encourage our congregation to keep afloat of their developments on the mission field and to pray for them regularly.
Prayer Requests:
Prayer topics for Pioneers-Ghana, requested by the missionaries in October 2011:

That the team would continue to have a hunger for reaching the ends of the nation with the gospel and have a passion for God.

That we would hunger for God's word, study his word, speak his word, preach his word, love his word, and live his word.
-
That we would have an army of young people (including professionals) who would come alongside our missionaries for long term missions. (In prayer, going and giving.)
-
That the marriages of our missionaries would thrive and be an example in the areas they serve and their children would be a blessing.
-
That God would continue to build and make Pioneers-Ghana what he wants it to be in serving unreached people groups.

Pray for these least reached tribes: Chakali (new), Banda-Ligbi, and Dagomba.
